Terms of Application.

1. The application
Submitting an application is not a booking. It is a request for a conversation. Anshu reviews each one personally and reaches out within 24 hours, usually sooner.
2. The hold token
A refundable ₹499 token reserves your place in queue while we finalise the conversation and paperwork. It is fully refundable until you choose to pay the balance. Once balance is paid, the cancellation schedule (shared in writing at that stage) applies.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Once a seat is confirmed, the detailed cancellation schedule we share in writing applies. We aim to be reasonable and human about medical and family emergencies, but discretion remains with us.
4. Code of conduct
The immersion runs in a small group and at sacred sites. We ask all guests to behave with reverence to the city, the priests, the staff at the abode, and one another. Behaviour judged harmful or disrespectful may result in removal without refund.
5. Liability
Travel involves inherent risk. We carry standard hospitality insurance for the abode but request guests to arrange their own travel and health insurance. We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes — should they arise — are to be settled in the courts of Varanasi.
