Terms of Application.

1. The application

Submitting an application is not a booking. It is a request for a conversation. There is no fee to apply. Someone from Anshu's team reviews each application and connects with you soon.

2. Confirmation

After the conversation, if there is mutual fit, your seat is confirmed in writing. Investment details, dates, and a detailed cancellation schedule are shared at that stage.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Once a seat is confirmed, the detailed cancellation schedule we share in writing applies. We aim to be reasonable and human about medical and family emergencies, but discretion remains with us.

4. Code of conduct

The immersion runs in a small group and at sacred sites. We ask all guests to behave with reverence to the city, the priests, the staff at the abode, and one another. Behaviour judged harmful or disrespectful may result in removal without refund.

5. Liability

Travel involves inherent risk. We carry standard hospitality insurance for the abode but request guests to arrange their own travel and health insurance. We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes — should they arise — are to be settled in the courts of Varanasi.
