1. What we collect

When you fill the application or brochure form, we collect your name, city, email, WhatsApp number, and the responses you choose to share. We also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity) only if you accept them via the cookie banner.

2. How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, send you the invitation, schedule a call with Anshu, and — with consent — occasionally update you about future editions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

3. Where it lives

Form submissions are received by Netlify Forms and forwarded to our internal Airtable. Analytics live with their respective providers (Google, Meta, Microsoft). Email lives with our mail provider.

4. Cookies

Cookies are off by default. The banner asks for explicit consent for analytics and marketing categories. You may revisit your preferences at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

5. Your rights

Write to us at hello@kashiwithanshu.com to access, correct, or delete your data. We respond within 7 days.
